About Nick Riby

As the Head of Partnerships at Intellimind, I lead a network of strategic partners and account managers to deliver innovative and effective credit management solutions to our clients. I have over 20 years of experience in the B2B credit management industry, helping businesses optimize their order-to-cash processes, increase cash flow, reduce costs, and protect their assets. Before joining Intellimind, I was the Chief Operations Officer and the Operations Director at Co-pilot, a leading credit management software consultancy. I worked closely with clients, including several global brands, to advise them on the best available tools, techniques, and automation technology for their credit management needs. I also supported transformation programs and project teams, and built strong relationships with third-party suppliers and stakeholders. I have a MCICM (Grad) qualification from the Institute of Credit Management, and I am skilled in process improvement, customer relationship management, and people management. My mission is to empower businesses with the knowledge and solutions they need to succeed in the competitive and dynamic credit management landscape.
