About Nick Rogers

Being a part of the creation and development of new projects from the ground up is awesome. Converging skills from the military with the entrepreneurial pioneering of a small start-up has been immensely valuable to developing my leadership approach to dynamic organizations and decision making. I am committed to economizing the efforts and decisive actions that maximize results. I am skilled in writing executive products, innovation endeavors, and developing individual talents into team successes. I have served as an Army special forces officer for the active duty and reserve components with emphasis in resource management, cross-functional teams, multi-domain integration, threat security and evacuation plans, contingencies, and tactical leadership. I served the 101st Airborne Division, 506th Infantry Regiment in air and logistical resource management, property accountability, and rifle platoon leadership. I built the first vertically integrated agritourism family farm business in our hometown community. It serves as a local option for health, wellness, and human connection. The farm focuses on my co-founder and wife’s love of bouquet flowers, sustainable food goods, uplifting other small businesses, and amplifying charitable organization’s service to veterans and the impoverished within our broader environment.
