About Nick Schaefer

As an Intelligence Officer within the U.S. Army, I operate within high-stakes environments to deliver exceptional project management and process improvement expertise. My experience in developing operating policies, procedures, and strategies have helped streamline processes, leading to greater communication amongst teams. A trusted leader within diverse, multinational Intelligence units, I strategically gather, compile, and analyze critical data while meeting project requirements and resolving identified issues. Applying a forward-thinking mindset, I propel companies to success via effective process optimization and employee training/evaluations. Within my current role, I directly lead a nine-soldier team in administrative tasks and clearance processing while providing analytical expertise in intelligence procurement. I also oversee physical and personnel security for a 630+ soldier organization and for two motorpool buildings containing $200M+ in assets. Through my progressive military career, I have led successful, multi-million-dollar modernization initiatives while managing project roadmaps, budgetary requirements, and resource allocation & transportation. Additionally, I have empowered team members to achieve unprecedented objectives even when adapting to the new work culture created by Covid-19. A known change agent, I aim to coordinate logistics, optimize large-scale operations, and implement transformative change management methodologies.
