Present high impact changes to the Change Advisory Board. Coordinate with support staff on the On Call calendar. This calendar covers multiple shifts and in different time zones to ensure proper coverage. Work to ensure there is proper alerting to ensure timely responses to incidents. Developed dashboards to track application and infrastructure health real time. Ensure all vulnerabilities are remediated in accordance with Corporate Information Security standards.
