AWS, Cisco, and CompTIA Certified Information Technology Professional always on the edge of learning something new I have professional experience helping with system administration. I worked with Microsoft Exchange both in the Cloud in Azure and also on-premises. I worked with LDAP systems such as Active Directory and other single sign-on systems. I helped implement a new cloud-based solution at one of the my past employers. I worked on mobile device management as well as taking daily troubleshooting tickets. I have networking experience facilitating communication through Cisco's Call Manager, Unity, and UCCX. I helped build Cisco phones. I helped configure Meraki routers and switches to bring up new sites at one of my employers. I troubleshooted Cisco Hardware and software. I have also troubleshooted voice gateways and other networking issues. I have a passion to learn inside and outside of my daily work. I focus on learning something new, and I have focused on getting CompTIA, Cisco, and AWS certifications to stay up-to-date with my knowledge. I frequently do labs with Cisco products, AWS cloud projects, Github, and Linux operating systems. I am trying to learn both the AWS cloud and Python.
