About Nick Scholz

I craft comprehensive estate plans and business succession strategies for individuals and families. I incorporate my passion for helping those with mental illness and other disabilities into my legal practice by providing special needs planning and guidance throughout the guardianship and conservatorship processes. Additionally, I have experience administering trusts and estates, including work in probate and probate litigation. I draw on this background to create plans that proactively prevent future headaches for clients. Inspired by four generations of attorneys in my family, I entered the legal field to make a positive impact on my clients' lives. Working one-on-one with individuals and families allows me to fulfill this goal. I've built a reputation as a highly responsive and attentive attorney. Clients trust that I am on top of their matter and will assemble the best plan possible. Outside of the office, I am an avid musician and guitar fanatic, performing at open mic nights and with various groups in and around the St. Louis area. I also have a love for cooking.
