I am currently a Service Delivery Manager at HNTB. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in digital and operational transformation efforts and have been at the forefront of building and developing businesses My experience runs the entirety of the technology spectrum from working with C-level executives to understand and develop strategic technology and process plans to managing the projects that will eventually deliver the software and updates. I spend time with system users across functional areas to understand their needs and pain-points to build a prioritized backlog of work. I lead a diverse team of functional and technical resources in three countries, as well as across the United States, that deliver the solutions required. I have reviewed and troubleshooted actual code so that I could more accurately engage with our developers on what we need and how it should function. I strive to have a well-rounded skill set in order to be a resource which can be deployed in any number of important projects.
