As an Executive Director and Management consultant with experience spanning over two decades, I have honed my skills in strategic leadership, public relations, and relationship building. My journey has been marked by successful stints at OSP and as a Business Consultant at Traverse Consulting, where I played pivotal roles in developing efficient processes, facilitating strategic planning, and driving alignment across teams. The implementation of 3 new programs was undertaken at OSP with a combined value of over $5 Million, including the starting of a remote office in Leduc, while at Traverse I engaged with leadership teams across a wide variety of industry including manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering & not-for-profits. What sets me apart is my distinct ability to develop employee engagement through coaching & leadership development. At OSP, I took the lead in streamlining processes (SOPs), policies which significantly bolstered our delivery capability. Similarly, at Traverse, I used a range of management tools and techniques to help clients increase top-line income through sales and drive income to the bottom line through improved efficiencies while working with a team of professionals leading each organization. My work at Traverse as a Business Consultant allowed me to us business case development to define the needed changes at an organization and implement change management plans using the ADKAR method.
