About Nick Shen

Nicholas Shen is the Managing Attorney at Nova Law Group PC and focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate and intellectual property counseling including advising his clients on all facets of corporate formation, corporate fundraising, crypto currency related legal compliance, and IP brand protection issues. Prior to joining Nova Law, Mr. Shen was an associate at an international intellectual property litigation law firm based in San Francisco. There, he prosecuted and enforced the intellectual property interests of some of Silicon Valley's largest technology companies. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Shen worked in the computer technology and semiconductor industries, and developed expertise in cloud-based database architecture, machine learning, consumer and enterprise hardware design, and computer and mobile software. Mr. Shen earned his law degree from Santa Clara University, receiving a High Technology Law Certificate with Honors Distinction. While in law school, Mr. Shen received the Emery Academic Merit Scholarship, competed in Honors Moot Court and Trial Team, contributed to the High Technology Law Journal, and served as Student Intellectual Property Law Association Vice President. Mr. Shen’s native language is English. He is also professionally fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
