Over the course of my career I've always tried to learn from the situation I'm in. I've managed countless projects. Some went smoothly, while others required a bit more creativity and patience. But no matter how the process played out, I always enjoyed working with the people responsible for getting the project completed. Through all those experiences, there were two things that always stood out: 1. People are generally good 2. Not one single employed professional has only one responsibility at their job Many of us have ten things to do when we show up to work. You struggle finding the time to complete your tasks and responsibilities have to fall by the waist-side. However, it is still important to market your business with a direct mail program or get embroidered polos for that company event. It's important to show our teachers or nurses how much we appreciate them with a little gift or get new uniforms for the basketball team. Most times, it takes multiple Google searches, several phone calls and revised quotes to get your project completed. In other words, TIME.
