My name is Nick Staten, my background is in bioengineering research and consulting clients in numerous applications including healthcare, construction, and innovation. I’ve utilized many tools on my projects including design thinking, agile, lean six sigma, data analysis, predictive modeling, and many more to hone my skills of being flexible on many multidisciplinary teams while delivering impactful results to clients. What sets me apart are not only my technical skills but also my passion for the urgent need to protect terrestrial and marine ecosystems. While my academic background provided me with a solid foundation in scientific principles and analytical thinking, my time spent immersed in the underwater world while scuba diving reinforced my appreciation for the natural world. My career goal is to facilitate innovation for humanity to live harmoniously with the planet rather than overpower it.
