About Nick Strachota

I am an experienced professional with over 15+ years in Leadership roles, but first and foremost I am someone who took their love of troubleshooting and fixing problems and turned it into their career. I’ve held many roles in my career and currently apply my passion as a Senior Manager of Software Support in the fast-paced eCommerce industry. I can still remember the moment it all clicked for me and I chose my path. I was brought in to resolve an issue with a client and I was hooked. Over the coming years I actively worked on expanding my knowledge and skill set and have been incredibly lucky to work with so many great teams and mentors from a multitude of backgrounds and locations. While my official title is Senior Manager, Software Support, I see what I do as much more which includes being a partner, leader, colleague, teacher and a student.
