Nick Strauss consults with organizations to build effective teams and develop the capacities of their leaders. Nick serves as a confidential and experienced sounding board and learning partner to executives, senior leaders, and rising stars. He partners closely with the C-Suite, HR, and L&D to provide an objective perspective and engage strategically in service of business results. Nick has worked as a consultant, trainer, off-site designer/ facilitator, and executive coach to a variety of global clients in tech, healthcare, construction, and higher education. He has worked side by side with leaders in startups, scaling businesses, and large companies. His clients include LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford University and National Geographic. As a former wilderness instructor and guide, Nick knows what it is like to lead people to success in challenging environments. He has helped hundreds of people summit mountains, run rivers, and explore canyons in remote locations. He understands first-hand the importance of having the right mix of technical skills, leadership, and team dynamics in achieving results.
