Working in different motorsport disciplines, I gained a lot of experience as mechanic. Trackside I worked mainly as a first and second mechanic during test and race events. In the factory I’ve been focusing on fabricating and repairing composites and preparing the car as a first mechanic. I learned to work quick, efficient and under pressure. I am eager to learn, listen and show my initiative. As a team player, I am flexible with the last-minute changes, like to travel and no problem with long days. As much as I am driven by success and results on track, I also find my motivation in delivering a neat, clean car without technical problems.
