About Nick Valcho

Having the privilege of working in the PV industry for over a decade remains one of my most meaningful accomplishments. It’s an industry full of opportunity, complex challenges, and some of the hardest-working people I’ve ever had the chance to work alongside. As a military veteran, I take pride in the number of skilled and capable veterans within this field—and as a leader, I remain committed to hiring and supporting more of them as the industry continues to grow. For the past two years, I served as a customer care leader at Shoals Technologies Group, where I had the opportunity to build strong relationships with both internal teams and outside partners. Now, as Director of Customer Care at MGM Transformers, I bring that same energy, experience, and servant leadership philosophy to a new chapter. I believe the strength of any organization lies in the well-being and empowerment of its people, and I strive to keep that at the core of everything I do. With a background in service and engineering roles at inverter and battery storage manufacturers, and more recently in electrical balance of systems, I’m excited to apply that breadth of experience in the transformer space. I’m honored to join the team at MGM and look forward to helping elevate the customer experience and support a culture of excellence from the inside out.
