About Nick Walker

I am passionate about leadership and organization, and I apply these skills in my daily work at Busted Knuckle Off Road. Although I hold the title of General Foreman, I fulfill a variety of roles within the company, which have enabled me to grow as a leader over the years. My primary responsibility is to oversee the production of vehicles on our assembly line. This involves many other tasks to ensure successful completion. In this role, I collaborate closely with our procurement team to develop procurement requests for acquiring the necessary materials to build each vehicle. This includes raw materials, fluids, fittings, and products that are in-house designed but produced by third-party companies. I am also responsible for creating the technical documentation for the vehicles and products we make. These technical documents serve as both educational pieces and guides and specifications for the products. They include breakdowns of the technology and engineering behind the product specifications, as well as CAD models of the product with cutaways to help technicians and customers fully understand the product. Since I began taking on a management role at Busted Knuckle Off Road, we have seen a significant increase in quality, a 400% increase in production, and higher employee retention rates. I am committed to advancing my professional skills in the manufacturing industry through higher education, on-the-job experience, and mentorship.
