About Nick Wallington

Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Elleas. Our group of companies is committed to the improvement of lives through the strategic improvement of Real Estate. I am an entrepreneur at heart, a Real Estate consultant and property investor with a voracious and passionate curiosity for life and life long learning. With twenty five years experience in various aspects of Real Estate, including appraisals, construction, project management and property development, I bring with me, my immense respect and love for this industry, in everything we do. What excites me is sourcing and engaging in cutting edge projects with likeminded people. Whilst we invest primarily in long term projects for free cash flow, our vision is to find those niche projects where we can inject added value through change of use, renovation and improvement to places, properties and the community. More recently we have ventured into the area of hospitality, hosting guests in our properties in various parts of the world, with great success. This new venture has not only been fun and exciting, it has helped us to synergise our business activities and more importantly, has opened us up to new ideas, stemming from a perspective of - “how do we solve this particular issue?” I am amazed at how diverse the real estate industry is and how much there still is to learn. I am humbly proud to be a life-long student in this amazing field. I look forward to meeting and networking with many great entrepreneurs and businesses for the success and benefit of us all. I am particularly interested in the philosophy of Mastermind groups, a strategy used by all successful businesses, with genuine individuals who can share ideas to move our interests forward in the right direction.
