I have extensive experience in the residential leasehold property sector, most notably in debt recovery having been responsible for the Credit Control department with a leading managing agent for several years before establishing my own business in 2016 providing debt recovery and associated services to a variety of clients. My expertise and the level of service which I am able to provide in the recovery of residential leasehold debts is proven, with firstly my then employer and subsequently my own firm having been recognised as finalists in the Arrears Recovery Company of the Year category at the News on the Block Property Management Awards in 2016 and 2017 respectively. I am also experienced in advocacy having successfully represented clients in several cases in both the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber, Residential Property) and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), as well as in mediation, and I have also supported Counsel in successful forfeiture proceedings. I am a Member of the IRPM and an Associate of RICS whilst I have also previously sat on the IRPM's Leasehold Working Group.
