With over 5 years of experience in business process management and project management in the technology sector, I am currently Business Process Lead at Affinity Water, a leading clean water provider for the UK. I apply my Prince2 and Lean Six Sigma skills to optimize the Smart metering rollout to its 3m customers. Previously I was a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Ocado Technology, working with robotics engineers to improve their efficiency and performance. I am adept at identifying and eliminating waste, streamlining workflows, improving quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have a background in entrepreneurship and social impact, having founded and sold an adventure sports and activities company, and led two not-for-profit organisations as CEO. I am passionate about creating value and positive change through enterprise and endeavour.
