Operations Director at Computer Task Group (CTG) UK CTG UK has provided IT services and Communications Data solutions to the Home Office and Law Enforcement agencies for more than 20 years. CTG’s consultants have supported a range of Proof of Concept (POC) and client-side consultancy initiatives for the UK Home Office, including the Communication Service Provider (CSP) Service Catalogue/Data Dictionary POC and the Sustainment-Organizational Change projects—both resulting in improved operational and service efficiency. We were the first UK company to implement a fully-featured, automated disclosure workflow solution—our Disclosure Management System (DMS). The de facto standard across the industry, this comprehensive "self-service facility" is now used by all UK law enforcement agencies (LEAs) and has also been installed and is active in other countries. DMS facilitates obtaining critical communications data about subjects under investigation both in the UK and abroad. The CTG team has worked with the UK College of Policing on Radio Frequency projects and with UK LEAs supporting the implementation of new legislative changes. Both projects have delivered operational improvements to UK LEA field teams. Our experienced developers have also been assigned to LEA client-site projects, helping to develop and integrate key LEA infrastructure projects that provide real-time data and vital information to frontline policing. In the UK, CTG is registered on both Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) and G-Cloud frameworks.
