About Nick Wildasin

I am a knowledgeable professional with 25+ years of experience in the construction field. I take pride in being a strong leader. I have built and led multiple teams of hard working individuals in both construction, as well as the manufacturing industry. I have hands on experience in roofing, pipefitting, and general construction. I have also spent time in machine operating, shipping, and various other warehouse/manufacturing duties. I have successfully worked my way up from the bottom in both manufacturing and construction to become a leader in both fields. Currently I am a superintendent, QC, and site safety and health officer, leading multiple subcontractors on our job site, in all aspects of construction. Previously, I was a production supervisor, where I supervised and worked alongside my team to achieve high production goals, while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety. Before that, I spent 10 years as a pipefitter, installing fire sprinkler systems, as well as underground gas piping. As I have expanded my knowledge over the years, I have always taken pride in my growing ability to lead, and help others to expand their knowledge and experience. To watch the individuals I put together become a team of highly capable and successful people. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people set their differences aside, work hard, and accomplish a common goal, while bettering themselves and each other. That is true success. Being able to be an instrumental part of that has been an honor.
