I am a highly proactive Marketing leader, with extensive experience in communications within the retail and entertainment industries. I have a proven track record in driving significant growth and substantial change, particularly during digital transformations within large, complex organisations. I excel at influencing within complex matrix organisations and at motivating exceptional performance both from my team and external suppliers. My reputation among marketing peers is well-established, having been awarded a prestigious Cannes Gold Lion, an IPA Effectiveness Award and chairing ISBA's Future Operating Models Group. I am passionate about marketing communications and am always looking to learn, innovate and deliver continuous improvement. In my current role as the Director of Media at the BBC, I’ve returned to my Media roots. I have the privilege of leading a team dedicated to maximising the audience impact of this iconic British brand’s extensive media inventory. Our focus extends beyond the present, to ensure a robust media ecosystem that adapts to evolving audience consumption, by creating new media opportunities, leveraging our First Party Data, experimenting with Gen AI and implementing cutting-edge Mar Tech solutions.
