About Nicki Iacofano

I am driven by creativity and passion for design. I am always looking for a new challenge to solve, and creating one of a kind environment to better the way we work and live. My career started in Chicago, Ill with an Interior Architectural firm. I was granted an Internship with Powell/Kleinschmidt my senior year in college. There I became inspired not only by aesthetics, but efficiency of design. I was influenced by my surroundings and the resources I had that were limitless in such a resourceful city. My internship was in both, design and marketing. Ringling School of Art and design provided me exceptional versatile skill set which allowed me to design a full page ad in Interior Design Magazine for my company Powell Kleinschmidt in 2007, along with key roles in design projects during my internship. Over the past 6 years I have specialized in residential and commercial construction, and manufacturing of construction products. New construction, and renovation brings on the challenge of quality, cost and time for many owners and investors. My project management experience and the overlapping of design in construction allows me to be hands on throughout the entire process. From planning, design, purchasing, permit, and management I have a clear understanding on the process of construction planning and implementation. Spaces and Environments are more than design, they effect the way we live and work.
