About Nicki Leaper

I help high-performing women leaders who feel stuck — often on the edge of their next step up. They’ve achieved success, but their confidence or clarity has started to waver. Together, we reconnect them with their strengths, rebuild belief, and help them lead with confidence, influence, and authentic impact. I also partner with HR and Talent leaders who want to strengthen their pipeline of female leaders but aren’t sure how coaching fits in. My approach turns leadership potential into measurable growth — improving engagement, retention, and leadership capability. My coaching is practical, honest, and grounded in emotional intelligence. Clients describe my style as one of calm dynamism — a mix of clarity, challenge, and encouragement that helps leaders move forward with purpose. I’m a certified Leadership Coach (PCC) with 25 years of global corporate experience and a track record of supporting over 250 leaders across 40+ organisations worldwide. Curious how coaching could support women’s leadership in your organisation — or your own next step as a leader?
