About Nicki Whiteman

Leadership: I am all about creative equality for all. That's why after a 15 year career with the BBC and several senior leadership roles in communications, I set up Vera White Public Relations and began supporting established N4P and charity start-ups including Ambition Institute and Right to Succeed and Debra. We have stuck to our original intention of democratising great communications thinking. No matter what size of budget everyone deserves great talent working on their brief. With that in mind we structured the business on a low overhead, high quality, professional output model that speaks to those making a positive difference. It was that work led me to Bite Back, a youth movement challenging the way unhealthy food is made, marketed and sold, especially to children. Having led on communications and youth for five years I am now delighted to be spearheading the campaign as Interim CEO. Coaching: I use those years spent doing live radio and TV to coach others on making the most of every media opportunity, transforming the way they connect with audiences of all sizes.
