About Nickolas Carr

I’m a down-to-earth and driven professional who enjoys collaborating with others to tackle challenges of any size. Outside of work, you’ll often find spending time with family or heading out to the golf course for a quick round.I proudly served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard from 2010 to 2020, starting as an Infantry Rifleman and advancing to Rifle Team Leader. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I accepted a commission and served as an Infantry Officer for seven years. During my service, I completed a deployment to Afghanistan and supported three state missions, gaining invaluable leadership experience in high-pressure environments. In my civilian career, I’ve continued to grow as a leader through roles with First Business Capital Corp, Kroger, and Z.T. Distribution. These experiences have strengthened my skills in effective communication, attention to detail, and strategic planning, including the ability to successfully backward-plan complex workloads and drive results. And when it comes to sports and school pride—GO PACK GO, CUBS WIN, ON WISCONSIN, and CYCLONE POWER.
