About Nicky Berman

With over 15 years of experience in teaching, learning, and leadership development, I'm passionate about developing transformative leaders and high-impact learning experiences across diverse contexts. I'm currently serving as the Coach Enablement Principal at Multiverse, a venture-backed, fast-growing edtech startup that is expanding its professional model into the US market. I started at Multiverse as a People Leadership Coach, coaching executives in tech to create the conditions for their teams to thrive, and helping to establish our company's US presence as one of the first four coaches in this market. I moved on to lead and execute the professional development strategy for our US coaching team, which expanded to 50 coaches and 5 coach leaders in its first 18 months. Now, I'm part of a global team dedicated to delivering top-tier apprenticeship programs for enterprise clients like Google, Verizon, YUM Brands, AMEX, Allstate, and Deloitte, across various industries in tech. Leveraging my expertise in learning and development, as well as leadership development, I ensure our coaches and coach leaders are equipped with the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional learning outcomes for our apprentices. Prior to Multiverse, I led diverse teams of teachers and leaders to drive exceptional academic outcomes for middle school students in Bushwick, and I spearheaded the development of our organizational health, which was among the top 1-2 in a network of 45+ schools and led to the strongest teacher and leader retention in the network.
