I’m a dedicated sports business leader with over 10 years' experience across national sports operations, strategic programme design, and high-performance coaching. My journey has taken me from operational day to day management in the leisure sector to senior leadership at the Sport Ireland Campus, where I currently lead campus-wide programming and participation strategies. I thrive in environments where strategic planning meets real-world execution—whether that’s overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets, delivering innovative sports programmes, or aligning with NGBs and national policy. I hold a UEFA A Licence and serve as Head Coach of Shamrock Rovers U17s, developing players into professional careers and international representation. This blend of executive leadership and elite coaching gives me a unique edge in understanding both the systems and people that drive success in sport.
