I’m a strategic HR consultant and accredited Skills Development Facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping businesses navigate the complex intersection of compliance, people development, and operational efficiency. From Employment Equity plans to Workplace Skills Plans (WSP/ATR), disciplinary processes to digital transformation — I work with clients to turn regulatory obligations into real business value. My approach is grounded in both policy and people. I don’t just help tick boxes; I help build cultures of accountability, growth, and alignment. Over the years, I’ve partnered with multiple SETAs across a range of sectors, advised on employment equity and transformation strategies, designed full HR outsourcing models, and developed job architecture frameworks that support fair pay and clear progression. I also create training content, lead internal capacity-building, and regularly present on compliance and HR risk at webinars and industry events.
