I completed the Barristers Vocation Course and have since acquired over 13 years of qualifying legal employment experience. I am employed by Carpenters Group as a Counterclaim Legal Advisor. My previous employers were- Horwich Cohen Coghlan Solicitors as a Litigation Executive- Quantum Legal as Head of the Personal Injury Litigation Team. Also as the Head of Litigation. I managed the Litigation team together with handling my own caseload of around 150 high value credit hire and personal injury claims, all of which were litigated- Cavity Wall Lawyers as Head of CWI- Lance Mason Solicitors, within the RTA Litigation team- The Claims Validation Team at DAC Beachcroft, in both the Manchester and Birmingham offices- Keoghs LLP, within the Credit Hire Litigation Team, where I specialised in Litigated Credit Hire claims- Whitestone Solicitors, a Claimant based firm where I dealt with personal injury, public liability and employer’s liability claims. I handled my own caseload of Claimant RTA, EPL and PL claims. I have over 13 years experience of handling my own case load of both pre-litigated and litigated claims.
