About Nicky Lear

Previously worked at Corvel Corporation in various roles with Workers Compensation, for 15 years. Processing claims on the front end with the handling, reviewing and allowing reimbursement according to the Workers Compensation guidelines set by the State of Florida. I was a team lead with in the company before reaching my 1 year anniversary. Also handled all petitions filed from physicians to the State, disputing allowances. Decided to apply for the position as a Fraud Analyst with Bank of America, to expand into my area of interest. I started working in 2015, and have achieved several recognition awards for Top Performer, multiple quarters in a row. I worked within the credit card fraud department, small business fraud and then landed in Account Takeover and Identity Theft. I was the lead for the Employee Engagement team for the site in Jacksonville and I was also a representative for the national engagement team. I was able to stay connected with employee networks and also volunteer within the community. I then accepted a role with Chase Bank to get my experience in the area if mortgage refinancing, in which I was exposed to the lending side of the banking industry. This led to an opportunity to work for Amwins within the Commercial Property Insurance field. I was absorbed the world of insurance and expanded my background within business administration.
