Since 2020, Niclas manages the commercial and contract design in the manufacturing and high-tech Market Unit of Capgemini in Germany. He is specialized in the design and negotiation of complex contracts, business cases and pricing models. He is experienced in problem solving and conflict management, and he is focused on finding agreements that are beneficial and sustainable for clients and service providers alike. Niclas has a broad expertize in the information technology and services industry. Prior to Capgemini, he has worked in different sales, solution and project management roles for companies like Stefanini, Wipro, IBM and Siemens.
