End-to-End Supply Chain specialist in the fast moving consumer goods industry. Enjoy working with innovative systems and tools to drive business results. My motto is " Make Supply Chain a Competitive Advantage". In the start of my career in the software business I got inspired in the world of the Advanced Supply Chain Solutions with tools like Shop Floor Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning & Optimization, SC Network design, Route Optimization and Statistical Forecasting & Fulfillment. At Nike I got to learn in real life the End-to-End complexity of a global Supply Chain. Went through various roles in Operations and Demand Planning. The most interesting opportunity was to be involved from the start in Nike's first steps into the Replenishment business model. Initially doing Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment with selected accounts getting through the details of the Supply Chain. Later in Performance & Analytics scaling Nike's Replen business to the very significant share of the business as it is now. There I got the opportunity to work with many different functions to give them the insights & analytics to integrate Replen into their daily work. Initially more with Merchandising, Demand- and Supply & Inventory Planning and later with Finance and Operations & Logistics. Long time experience in leading and developing a team based on strategic thinking, positivity and empowerment.
