Responsibilities:* Project Activity Management: Daily discussions and sharing of project activities ensure everything proceeds as planned.* Procurement Supervision: Collaboration with the Supply Chain guarantees critical materials are always available.* Installation Planning: Detailed installation plans and work instructions are developed with the INDUS team.* Locomotive Movements: Management of locomotive movements based on daily agreements.* Supplier Management: Quality and timely deliveries are ensured through close collaboration with suppliers.* Team Coordination: Coordination with Engineering, INDUS, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to manage configuration and changes.* Industrial Management Plans: Issuance of industrial management plans and management of deliverables during the DFQ cycle.* MAKE/BUY Work Packages: Contribution to the breakdown of MAKE/BUY work packages.* Criticality Matrix Management: Supervision of output phases, FAR, FMR, and SMR.* Audits: Participation in internal and external audits, collaborating with safety agencies, Italcertifer, customers, and certification bodies.* Continuous Improvement:* Installation Performance: Continuous improvement of installation performance within the project scope.* Best Practices: Definition of best practices and REX within the product line.* Process Improvement: Proposal of updates and improvements in working groups.* EHS Standards: Ensuring compliance with EHS standards (zero deviation). Performance Measurement:* QCDP Management: Management of QCDP work packages (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance).* KPI Targets: Achievement of Manufacturing and ShO KPI targets (PC9, PC11, and OTD).* Savings and Risk Management: Savings through risk mitigation and opportunity management.* Quality Monitoring: Monitoring, anticipation, and reporting on quality, EHS, and RSA (Railway Safety Agencies).
