About Nico Convertini

I am a logistics engineer with several years of experience in managing logistics projects. I am capable of handling projects from the design phase to final delivery to the customer. I began my career in Lean production, production planning, and materials management. I then further developed my experience as a supply chain engineer. Through different opportunities, I have gained valuable experience in developing end-to-end projects. This includes accurate data analysis, designing logistical flows, staffing, defining equipment technical specifications, managing tenders, overseeing equipment development and installation. I have the ability to evaluate alternative solutions and scenarios based on time, costs, and manpower impact. I can analyze various available options and make data-driven decisions, ensuring efficient and effective achievement of project objectives. I am used to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, such as those in transport, process engineering, building and utilities, product engineering, external suppliers, insurance companies, and more. This ensures the proper integration of activities and smooth communication among all stakeholders.
