At Project Bay Workation, a venture I co-founded, we create unique community spaces in hotels located in popular European tourist destinations, mainly in rural regions which are normally structurally weak. These spaces serve as catalysts for regional development and community building, providing startups and companies with an inspiring environment to work and collaborate. As a Strategic Advisor, I provide guidance to regions, corporates, startups, and universities on entrepreneurship and ecosystem development.
