About Nico Lauro

As an E-commerce Specialist at United Pets, I optimize the website to enhance user experience and conversion, manage online orders, and resolve any issues that arise. I also handle customer inquiries, problem resolution, and assistance, using CRM to maintain and improve customer relationships. Additionally, I create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns, and monitor the online catalog and digital contents. With a bachelor's degree in fashion stylist and communication from Istituto Europeo di Design, I have a strong background in styling, digital production, and e-visual merchandising. I have applied these skills in my previous roles at Giorgio Armani and Biffi Boutiques, where I managed new arrivals and promotions on the website, ensured consistency and quality of product images, and developed targeted styling strategies for e-commerce. I am proficient in Adobe Design Programs, Excel, and Photoshop, and familiar with Atelier '98, Magento, Hubspot, and MailUp. I am an organized and collaborative professional who believes in teamwork and effective communication.
