About Nico McLaughlan

I'm passionate about highlighting the voices that have been silenced or lost to time. Every person, place and thing, no matter how seemingly insignificant, has a story to tell. I want to help them do this.As soon as I started my double degree (Creative Writing and Professional Writing & Publishing) at Curtin University, I knew I was in the right place. Here, I discovered that I didn’t just love writing fiction, I loved writing in all its forms. Speeches, media releases, articles, essays and everything in-between. I also discovered that my need to tell a story could be satisfied by assisting others with their writing. I thrive when given the chance to do any form of editing – whether it be developmental editing, copyediting or proofreading. I also enjoy every part of the publishing process.I love stories, and I’m open to any opportunity to share them.
