I am an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, hiring, and managing top talent across Engineering and Product domains. With over 6 years of experience in the recruiting industry, I have developed expertise in full-cycle hiring, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement strategies. As a former Technical Sourcer at Carta, I built out the sourcing function for the organization and sourced across Engineering, Security, QA, Data, High Frequency Trading, SRE, and Core Engineering, among others. I also sourced across Product, including Product Management, Product Design, Design Technology, and Leadership. In my most recent role at Carta, as a Technical Recruiter, I designed and owned the full-cycle hiring process for the Security Engineering organization, placing full-stack engineers, security operations engineers, product security engineers, cloud and network security engineers, and IT engineers. I mentored a team of sourcers and advised other recruiters on hiring for core engineering and niche technology teams. I am passionate about driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and leveraging creative sourcing methods to find the best talent for my clients.
