About Nicola Davis

Summary I come from a Sales & Customer Service background and I am now primarily responsible for promoting and selling the recruitment services of Working Links to employers across Scotland and the South West. My role involves concentrating on finding sustainable job outcomes for our diverse candidate base, whilst managing and maintaining the accounts and working relationships that we have with employers, and managing vacancies that have arisen as a result of these relationships. I work on behalf of a truly committed and versatile workforce which has the capacity to train and induct our clients in a wide variety of trades, disciplines and sector-specific skills, making them an attractive proposition to prospective employers. By following our core vision and values, and adopting a friendly but professional service, we have proven that we can add real value to an employer's workforce.
