About Nicola Nardone

I am currently employed by MWH Treatment, working on large scale Scottish Water frameworks. I am supporting Senior Regional Managers with all aspects of Project Management, Financial tracking and Project planning with working knowledge & application of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other key relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. Previous to this I have worked within different project support roles & within local government gaining excellent communication skills, confidence to deal with any issues & find appropriate solutions. This has given me a wide range of skills and experience which would allow me to adapt in to any team. I have always worked well under pressure within demanding roles which require meeting deadlines, multitasking and problem solving. This is something I thrive on and enjoy. I thrive on being busy and completing tasks within timescales set. I like taking ownership of enquiries/complications, investigating problems and working hard to find a solution. I have excellent IT skills and I am proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, ProjectWise, Agresso, Oracle - including Primavera P6 & SAP, as well as using in-house CRM systems on a daily basis throughout all departments I have worked in. I have experience of complaint handling, dealing with clients and building rapport with customers. I have gained valuable experience on dealing with stakeholders at all levels and I am confident in my ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
