Background
About Nicolai Houe
Experienced leader, board member, owner/founder and consultant with experience from large companies, CSO's, the financial sector and startups. I am engaged and interested in the world and how we contribute to it. I thrive when I make linkages, identify trends and tendencies, develop strategies and drive innovation that has meaning and impact. I am an experienced people leader, leading with empathy and ambition with attention to the organisations needs and the individual preferences. I am currently a leader in a large Danish CSO network working with development corporation. Besides I am founder/owner of Nordic Praxis, where we work with digitalisation, impact and scaling of progressive and praxis oriented learning. I am interested in challenges and possibilities to learn and contribute. This could be in a board - i.e. in the financial sector, or a learning institution, or a medium or large company, for example in the cooperative sector.
