About Nicolas Bitaudeau

I'm a world citizen coming from France, living in Czech Republic. I'm currently Curriculum Developper at Oracle-NetSuite, Brno (Cz), where I design or translate training material (student guides, reference guides, presentations, eLearning.), and coordinate multi-language training development projects for a global audience of NetSuite users. After more than 10 years in IT industry, growing from Helpdesk to Leadership, I have a broad view of IT services organisation, people leadership and performance management, HR, recruitment, customer relationship, machine translation, a strong experience in Continous Improvement (Lean, DPP), training, coaching, mentoring, and a vivid interest in Agile methodologies. I enjoy working in multicultural environments, benefiting from histories and experiences of colleagues from all over the world. I love to learn new things, lead people with different profiles toward the same goal, and motivate them to deliver the best of themselves. I believe the key of a successful organisation is to trust and enable employees to agree on their values, drive improvements, design their solutions, and take ownership of the services they deliver. The job of leaders is to create the conditions for such possibilities, rather than to command and give orders. Bottom-up solutions over Top-down approach. Leading people instead of managing resources.
