Nicolas leads the Forvis Mazars office in Finland and supports the leadership of the Outsourcing practice in the Nordic region. With over 25 years of experience, he has expertise in Audit & Assurance, focusing on financial audits of multinational companies (ICOFR, IFRS, US GAAP, statutory audits) and SOX compliance (both implementation and auditing). Over the last few years, Nicolas has specialized in Outsourcing, Tax, Global Compliance Reporting (GCR), and Advisory. He has been advising investors looking to establish businesses abroad, supporting international companies in navigating complex regulatory requirements, and implementing accounting systems. Nicolas is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with the Chamber of Auditors in France. He graduated from a French Business School and holds an Executive MBA. He has served as a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French government (CCEF) since 2014 and is a Board Member of the French Finnish Chamber of Commerce.
