My experiences description- Manages project and ensure adherence to pre-approved designs and operations procedures - Provides strategic guidance and directions to project owners, stakeholders and vendors - Prepare request for Proposal/Quotation (RFPs/RFQs) and other documents required for project budget/estimates/bids/tenders - Track, presents and reports status of project to business leaders, customers and other stakeholders - Liaises and collaborates with stakeholders and Finance team to ensure timely procurement of project packages within budget - Updates and maintains all project documentations and contract for record, retention and audit purposes - Performs due diligence in vendor selection and appointment, following by tender/bid interview for all projects - Supervises vendors to ensure execution of projects are in accordance with internal requirements and in compliance with contractual obligations - Liaises, communicates and collaborates with all internal and external parties to ensure timely commencement & completion of projects - Participates in all required training and learning sessions - Performs all due diligence for vendor selection and appointment for projects - Supervises vendors to ensure execution of projects in accordance with organization's requirements and in compliance with contractual obligations - Any other duties or project as assigned by the management
