Graduated in 2018 with a Master's degree in biotechnology, specializing in health engineering and bioconversion of agro-resources. I took part in research on nanopores for the detection of molecules involved in neurodegenerative diseases at the IEM in Montpellier, then decided to get involved in research and optimization of extraction processes for high-value-added molecules at the CEBB in Pomacle.
