About Nicolas Cossio

Hi! I’m Nicolas—a bilingual (English/Spanish) administrator with broad experience across both public and private sectors. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments like finance, HR, executive support, and customer service, as well as roles in healthcare settings, which taught me how to stay organised, efficient, and calm under pressure. In every role, I’ve been the go-to person for keeping things on track—whether that means managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive data, or making sure processes run smoothly behind the scenes. I’m tech-savvy, a fast typist, and comfortable using a range of systems including SAP, PiMS, ExChequer, T-pro, and Excel. I enjoy problem-solving, supporting teams, and finding smarter ways to work. I’m always open to new opportunities in administration, office management, or operations where I can put my skills to good use and continue growing.
