From startup developer to IT Executive Committee member, I've held various management roles within IT financial services organization and orchestrated several strategic projects worth €5-20M. Innovation, trust and teamwork are my primary source of motivation for transforming business ambitions into operational reality. Key player in defining and implementing IT strategic plans, I transform ambitious objectives into concrete roadmaps. My approach: unite teams around a clear, measurable vision. Leading 5 multi-site program teams (nearshore/offshore) delivering applications for 50 to users across US, EMEA, and APAC. I developed strong competencies in coordinating complex projects spanning 5 to 20 countries simultaneously. Heading 8 major IT digitalization projects for trading, middle, and back-office processes. I get a complete expertise: in-house development, vendor solution integration, BPM implementation, and STP inter-application automation. My conviction: IT teams understanding business stakes are 10x more motivated and effective. I systematically develop a business-proximity culture and governance that builds trust between IT and business teams. From IS architecture to strategic technology choices, I ensure technical alignment with business needs. Pioneer in DevOps, Cloud PaaS (since 2013), I upgrade regularly my skills to follow new trends such as Data lakes and now AI integration (OCR, document analysis, sentiment analysis).
