Expert consultant in management systems, quality, processes and performance of Information Systems Departments, I help organizations on topics of IT governance (process, organization and management), ISO certification and internal audits (in relation to ISO9001 and ISO27001), on providing expertise on reference standards (ITIL, CMMi, COBIT, ISO 27001, 22301 and 33020), internal audit as well as on performance, risk and continual improvement approaches. Graduated engineer from the École des Mines de Nancy and the École des Arts et Métiers ParisTech, in the fields of management systems and the organization of information and processes, I am organized, dynamic, rigorous, know how to play diplomacy and adapt to the context. I have successfully led projects, organized change management and steered external resources.
