About Nicolas Farah

I am an experienced Medical Physicist and System Administrator with over 15 years in radiotherapy, medical physics research, and healthcare technology optimization. My professional journey bridges clinical precision, research excellence, and education, with a strong focus on improving cancer treatment outcomes. At Hôtel-Dieu de France (Beirut), I contributed to the successful implementation of advanced radiotherapy techniques including 3D-CRT, VMAT, SRS, SRT, SBRT, TBI, and Brachytherapy, while overseeing patient safety and quality assurance processes. I also led the upgrade and integration of the ARIA system, enhancing workflow efficiency and data reliability across the department. As a University Lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, I teach Medical Physics, Biomedical Physics and Radiobiology, helping shape the next generation of healthcare physicists and doctors by connecting theory, research, and clinical application. I hold a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from USJ and remain dedicated to advancing evidence-based practice, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and innovation in radiation oncology. My motivation lies in combining science, technology, and teamwork to deliver precise, patient-centered, and globally aligned healthcare solutions.
